Although not required NYSO has registered with The Independent Financial Regulatory Authority (IFRA). This non-governmental agency is, " the most comprehensive Global authority for the futures and financial Industry. We work to ensure investors are protected by either a governmental agency or IFRA."   3. Financial: One of the final steps to Due Diligence is looking at the financials of the company. Audited results are published in all active accounts for easy viewing of the entire company's assets. NYSO Investments and it's partners formulate a $5 billion asset pool. Once registered you may simply click on the password protected tab for easy viewing. Only registered members can view the financials since no public reporting is required. However, simple registration will allow viewing.
  4. Documents: All potential accredited members are provided with the Fund's Subscription Agreement, Investor Questionnaire, ERISA Questionnaire, Qualified Client Certification, New Issues Questionnaire, Operation Agreement, AML Certification etc.
